Prices detailed from plan only, and are subject to variation upon receipt of Templates or Site measurements.

 Upon acceptance of Quotation a 50% deposit is required and Balance C.O.D. on Completion of work.

 All effort is used to ensure stone consistency but colours and pattern may still vary due to the natural characteristics of stones.

 Although all care will be taken on our handling and installation. Marble and Granite is a product of nature, therefore colours, patterns, blotching, pitting, fissures, and cracking cannot be guaranteed.

     In respect to onsite installation you also acknowledge that there could be the presence of much dust produced during     installation procedures particularly involving sink, hot plate and basins cut out and shall not make any claims in respect there of.

 All cupboards must be fitted level before pick up of Templates. Bosoar stone do not take responsibility of cupboards/ house natural movement upon cracking or breakage of benchtop.

 If tiling, taps, wooden boards, powerpoints, wiring, plasterboard etc is to be removed, this must be done before pick up of Templates as to get an accurate measurement of the bench tops. Bosoar stone do not take responsibility in mistakes in measurements if this is not done prior.

 Old Kitchen bench top removals not include disposal rubbish,Water, Electricity, and Gas disconnection and connection, if customer required extra cost occur.

 Sink and cooker top or oven please ready on site. Any requirements asked to be made before installation must be done prior to arrival of the product. Bosoar stone has the right to refuse installation if requirements are not met and a fee will apply for a return trip.

 No returns accepted without prior written consent.

 No claims recognized after any material have been laid / installed.

 Stone is a nature product and is therefore subject to colour variations and imperfections beyond our control against which no claims will be accepted.
